Wimpy’s Diner was established in 1961 and first appeared as a drive-in. Then in 1988 two dedicated restauranteurs relocated and the first Wimpy’s Diner came to life with a full menu. When the location instantaneously started becoming successful – greater than had been predicted, the thought of a second location came about. After two popular locations, the future of Wimpy’s  franchise was born. Two successful locations with the same name, concept, menu and philosophy – the future was inevitable. To date there are more than 50 locations within Ontario, and more in the works.

With a 50’s and 60’s theme, coin operated juke boxes and relevant memorabilia plastered on the walls, the stage was set for an engaging and fun environment with most importantly, great food.
